APPLIED DIRECTIVE COMMUNICATION IN TEAMWORK in MLM
All projects and big goals involved many people inside. This means communication play a very important role here. Why is that so? Because in order to realize a project or a goal, we required a clear communication among team members. Failure happened due to inability to communicate; misunderstand meaning because message was not conveyed clearly. Therefore, we need to utilize the same information processing system so that each and every person involved understands one another to realize common goal together.
One industry that involving many people in getting their goal is direct selling industry. Those people are independent and do not receive monthly salary. Also, relationship between upline and downline is not based on force and command, but on emotional bond. Interestingly, I found cases of successful leaders are apparently housewives that never have any working experience before. This is in contrary with many professionals in middle-up level e.g: managers which drag their way up or even fail to do so. What make these housewives so great? Because they use their downlines’ emotional driver to help them reach their goal, while managers are often used to give orders around in the office.

2. How to recognize human emotional drivers to fulfill their goals in MLM organization.
3. How to utilize both points above to create a solid team to realize success/common goal.
